The elements were created taking inspiration from the isometric perspective, working on the shapes to design new levels of depth and three-dimensionality.
The main shape is the tip of an arrow, which is used in different ways. Mainly facing upwards, it recalls the roof of a house.
The composition of shapes represents the theme of the course, following the main visual languages of the real estate market.
The aim of this course is not to cover the entire subject of real estate valuation, which is very broad, but to propose a simple and clear introduction to the subject by providing a correct approach: a description of the methodologies and their application to typical cases.
It determines what a property is worth in terms of money obtainable from its sale under normal conditions. The vision of the property that is provided, in fact, is similar to that of a company.
