The course aims to explain and emphasize the value of the Customer Experience, understood as a set of all the emotions and behaviors of the customer within the shopping experience.

The visual identity speaks about the Customer Experience as a positive and fun process, including the various moments of interaction as the challenges of a game. In this sense, elements such as arrows, graphics and icons become colored shapes that guide the participant along their path. The colors are energetic and positive: pink, yellow, blue and green are bright colors that stand out on a purple background and draw browser windows, pie charts and digital interfaces.
