Our Visual Merchandising program concentrates on a hands-on analysis of the process of designing and managing stores with an eye to customer experience. Stores are no longer seen as “selling machines”, but they are conceived as a stimulating environment focusing on the relationship with customers to inform and inspire them.

The store must communicate the brand and the sign identity to consolidate an effective relationship with the customer.

The course analyzes the design and the management process of the store in an experiential key, until it reaches the levers of visual merchandising that draws its rules from visual communication; this helps to give substance to a store that, now more than ever, must change its own essence.
