AGILE MANAGEMENT

More than a method, Agile mode is an approach, or even a culture in the way a project is approached. It differs from most traditional project management methodologies, which follow a framework linear and predictive, because it focuses on flexibility, communication and segmentation. Agile therefore means quick organization to adapt to change, it means experiencing change not as an obstacle but as a part of the rules of the game with which to live peacefully.

Adaptability, malleability and flexibility are therefore some of the keywords which represent this way of working.

Fluorescent colours, bubbles that softly float in space and expand, changing lines that move and morph into different tonalities not only express the concept of movement, but above all of change and malleability. A change that does not disturb but enriches, creates space, it is part of it.
